Out-of-hours support
Outside of business hours, our emergency team can be reached via the form on www.bakehouse.info.
This form is provided externally and independently of our usual technical infrastructure and alerts our on-call service.
The response time from our support team is one hour. Issues not caused by errors in our server infrastructure or directly by Bakehouse will be billed at the emergency hourly rate of € 180.00.
Emergency indicators are the partial or total failure of a component essential to the project.
